ABOUT
My name is Katherine Bollinger, I am based in Bucks County, and am a long time lover of bread. Simple and delightful bread. I started making breads, specifically pretzels, when I was young, and over the last few years I started making sourdoughs, baguettes, and more.
Having spent some time in Europe, I was inspired by the bread culture in places like France, Spain, and Ireland. Where bread is fresh daily, only a few ingredients, and just down the street. That is what my goal is: REAL bread made by a neighbor.
